1. When the product is operating, if the function mode is switched, the product will stop working and enter protection mode. All red indicator lights will flash, indicating a function failure. At this point, the user needs to restart the power for the product to perform the corresponding function. 2、In the respective working mode, if the high water level/low water level/full water/low water alarm probes are connected in the wrong order, the product will issue a corresponding alarm. The user needs to correct the wiring order of the probes for the product to function properly. |
Mode | Wiring Diagram & Operation Diagram | Schematic Description
A | Automatic Water Supply Operation | When the water level drops below E2, delay TD occurs, U1 engages, and the pump starts. When the water level rises above E1, delay TH occurs, U1 disengages, and the pump stops.
B | Automatic Drainage Operation | When the water level rises above E1, delay TH occurs, U1 engages, and the pump starts. When the water level drops below E2, delay TD occurs, U1 disengages, and the pump stops.
C | Automatic Water Supply Operation with Low Water Alarm | When the water level drops below E2, delay TD occurs, U1 engages, and the pump starts. When the water level rises above E1, delay TH occurs, U1 disengages, and the pump stops. When the water level drops below E4, delay 1s occurs, U3 engages, and a low water alarm is triggered. After a low water alarm is triggered at E4, U1 is not allowed to operate. At initial startup or after power is restored, if the water level is not above E4, press the manual start button to engage U1, clear the low water alarm, and start the pump. |
|
D | Automatic Water Supply Operation with Full Water Alarm |
When the water level drops below E2, delay TD occurs, U1 engages, and the pump starts. When the water level rises above E1, delay TH occurs, U1 disengages, and the pump stops. When the water level rises above E3, delay 1s occurs, U2 engages, and a full water alarm is triggered. After a full water alarm is triggered at E3, U1 is not allowed to operate. |
|
E | Automatic Drainage Operation with Low Water Alarm |
When the water level rises above E1, delay TH occurs, U1 engages, and the pump starts. When the water level drops below E2, delay TD occurs, U1 disengages, and the pump stops. When the water level drops below E4, delay 1s occurs, U3 engages, and a low water alarm is triggered. After a low water alarm is triggered at E4, U1 is not allowed to operate. |
|
F | Automatic Drainage Operation with Full Water Alarm | When the water level rises above E1, delay TH occurs, U1 engages, and the pump starts. When the water level drops below E2, delay TD occurs, U1 disengages, and the pump stops. When the water level rises above E3, delay 1s occurs, U2 engages, and a full water alarm is triggered.
G | Automatic Water Supply Operation with Both Full and Low Water Alarms |
When the water level drops below E2, delay TD occurs, U1 engages, and the pump starts. When the water level rises above E1, delay TH occurs, U1 disengages, and the pump stops. When the water level rises above E3, delay 1s occurs, U2 engages, and a full water alarm is triggered. When the water level drops below E4, delay 1s occurs, U3 engages, and a low water alarm is triggered. After a full water alarm is triggered at E3, U1 is not allowed to operate. After a low water alarm is triggered at E4, U1 is not allowed to operate. At initial startup or after power is restored, if the water level is not above E4, press the manual start button to engage U1, clear the low water alarm, and start the pump. |
|
H | Automatic Drainage Operation with Both Full and Low Water Alarms |
When the water level rises above E1, delay TH occurs, U1 engages, and the pump starts. When the water level drops below E2, delay TD occurs, U1 disengages, and the pump stops. When the water level rises above E3, delay 1s occurs, U2 engages, and a full water alarm is triggered. When the water level drops below E4, delay 1s occurs, U3 engages, and a low water alarm is triggered. After a low water alarm is triggered at E4, U1 is not allowed to operate. |
|
I | Automatic Water Supply Operation with Pump Dry-Run Prevention |
When the water tank level drops below E2, delay TD occurs, U1 engages, and the pump starts. When the water tank level rises above E1, delay TH occurs, U1 disengages, and the pump stops. When the water source level drops below E4, delay 1s occurs, U3 engages, and a low water alarm is triggered. When a low water alarm is triggered at E4, U1 is not allowed to operate. At initial startup or after power is restored: If the water source level is below E3, U1 is not allowed to operate. If the water source level is below E4, U3 engages, and a low water alarm is triggered. Pressing the manual reset button (Manual Start) at this time will not work. If the water source level is between E3 and E4, and the water tank level is below E1, pressing the manual reset button (Manual Start) will engage U1 and start the pump. ※- During normal operation: After a low water alarm occurs, pressing the manual reset button (Manual Start) will not work. |
|
J | Liquid Level Indicator |
When the water level rises above E3, delay 1s occurs, U3 engages. When the water level rises above E2, delay 1s occurs, U2 engages. When the water level rises above E1, delay 1s occurs, U1 engages. When the water level drops below E1, delay 1s occurs, U1 disengages. When the water level drops below E2, delay 1s occurs, U2 disengages. When the water level drops below E3, delay 1s occurs, U3 disengages. |
